Dealership Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before applying for a Hafiz Foods distributorship.

1 - Monthly Sales Target

The distributor must achieve the assigned monthly target.

2 - Target Compliance

If the target is not achieved for three consecutive months, the distributorship will be cancelled.

3 - Order Placement

Orders must be placed at least one week before delivery.

4 - Advance Payment Policy

The distributor must pay 50% advance at the time of order and the remaining 50% before delivery.

5 - Order Collection

The distributor must collect the order within 10 days otherwise the order will be cancelled and charges may apply.

6 - Delivery Notification

In case of delay, the institution will inform the distributor.

7 - Order Modification Rights

The institution reserves the right to modify the order if necessary.

8 - Quality Standards

The distributor must follow the required standards to maintain product quality; otherwise returns will not be accepted.

9 - Return Policy

Bottles with torn or wet labels will not be accepted for return.

10 - Fixed Selling Price

The distributor and their buyers must sell products at the fixed price.

11 - Promotional Discounts

All discounts or promotional schemes must be passed on to the relevant shopkeepers or customers.

12 - Product Responsibility

After leaving the factory, the distributor will be responsible for the products.

13 - Company Authority

The institution has full authority over product decisions including price, labels, sheets, and formulation.

14 - Manufacturing Standards

Products are manufactured according to standards, but after dispatch responsibility lies with the distributor and buyers.

15 - Transaction Liability

The institution is not responsible for transactions between the distributor and their buyers.

16 - Dealership Cancellation

The institution may cancel distributorship at any time without prior notice or reason.

17 - Management Decision

In any matter, the management’s decision will be final.

18 - Claims & Returns

Only loose or damaged bottles will be eligible for claim; no other returns will be accepted.

19 - Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of PKR 100,000 is required for distributorship of one Tehsil.
